Who we are
Binnovates™ is a registered trademark held by Battat Innovation Holdings LLC, a limited liability company established in the State of Delaware, United States. The company was formed to develop, own, and commercialise proprietary methodologies that help large organisations execute structured, measurable transformation.
Our work is grounded in a straightforward conviction: enterprise transformation fails not for want of ambition but for want of structure. Binnovates™ therefore builds frameworks rather than one-off engagements — defined models, governance mechanisms, and maturity measures that an organisation can adopt, operate, and audit over time.
The company's current focus is Project B, an enterprise transformation framework presently under development. Project B is confidential and is disclosed only to qualified parties under an executed non-disclosure agreement. Binnovates™ is engaged in pre-seed investment discussions in connection with the programme.

How we operate
Battat Innovation Holdings LLC operates as a holding structure: the company retains ownership of its intellectual property, trademarks, and development assets, and licenses or deploys them through defined programmes. This separation preserves the integrity of the underlying assets and provides investors with a clear view of what is being backed.
Disclosure is managed deliberately. Commercially sensitive material is released in stages, against executed agreements, and recorded. We regard this discipline as a condition of doing serious work with serious counterparties.
